Sales Admin (Female) – Spouse Visa / Own Visa

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and detail-oriented Sales Admin (Female) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should already be on a spouse visa or own visa and have strong Excel and administrative skills to support our sales operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative support to the sales team.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and customer data.
• Manage customer communication and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and sales presentations.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Female candidate on spouse visa or own visa (mandatory).
• Strong MS Excel skills (data entry, reports, formulas, etc.).
• Smart, energetic, and good communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales support or admin role preferred.
• Able to join immediately (preferred).
