Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized
Sales and Admin Officer
to support our sales operations while handling essential administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable juggling both sales coordination and office administration responsibilities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting the sales team, and maintaining accurate records and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support

Assist the sales team with lead coordination, follow-ups, and client communication

Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and sales-related documents

Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems

Coordinate meetings, presentations, and client appointments

Support sales campaigns, promotions, and reporting
Administrative Duties

Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Coordinate with internal departments and external partners when needed

Monitor office supplies and assist with basic procurement

Ensure records, contracts, and reports are accurate and up to date
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Previous experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
