- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery documents
- Maintain and update customer and sales records in ERP/CRM systems
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and Logistics teams
- Track order status and follow up on pending deliveries and payments
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely data entry
- Support sales managers in achieving sales targets through effective coordination
