Sales & Documentation Support
- Prepare and process sales agreements, contracts, and reservation forms
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, client details, and transactions
- Coordinate with agents to ensure all required documents are complete
CRM & Listings Management
- Update and manage CRM systems (e.g., Property Finder CRM, Bayut CRM)
- Upload and manage property listings on portals like Property Finder and Bayut
- Track leads, inquiries, and follow-ups
Client & Agent Coordination
- Act as a point of contact between clients, agents, and management
- Schedule property viewings and meetings
- Follow up with clients on documentation and payments
Compliance & Regulatory Work
- Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai Land Department regulations
- Assist with Ejari registrations (if applicable)
- Prepare documents for property transfers and trustee offices
Financial & Reporting Tasks
- Prepare commission sheets and sales reports
- Track payments, booking forms, and receipts
- Coordinate with finance for invoicing and payment collection
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate administration (Dubai preferred)
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate processes and documentation
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Preferred
- Experience with UAE property portals and listing systems
- Familiarity with DLD procedures and property transfer process
