Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Off-Plan Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a part of our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work with all reputed developers as well as boutique developers, offering premium off-plan properties to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Client Management: Identify and engage potential buyers, understand their needs, and provide suitable property options.
✅ Sales & Negotiation: Guide clients through the sales process, from initial consultation to closing the deal.
✅ Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest off-plan projects, developer launches, and investment opportunities in Dubai.
✅ Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and real estate events.
✅ Site Visits & Presentations: Arrange and conduct property tours, explain payment plans, and highlight investment benefits.
✅ Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and company policies.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in selling Dubai properties (off-plan experience preferred)
✔ Strong negotiation and closing skills
✔ Excellent communication and networking abilities
✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and ambitious
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients
✔ Fluency in English is a must
✔ RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory)
