Sales Advisor

Job Description

Taskeen is looking for ambitious and driven Sales Advisors to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through property purchases and investment opportunities while managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable real estate options aligned with their needs and investment goals
• Present, promote, and sell residential properties professionally
• Manage the end-to-end sales process and ensure smooth transaction closures
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and inventory
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and deals

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
• Market awareness and analytical thinking
• Previous experience in sales or real estate is a plus but not required
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills
• Relevant educational background is preferred
