Sales Advisor / Sales Associate

A Sales Advisor / Sales Associate is the front‑facing staff member who helps customers choose products, completes purchases, and supports daily store operations in retail (including fashion stores like those in Almana Fashion Group).

Typical responsibilities

Serve and greet customers warmly, answer questions, and explain product features, sizes, care, and prices.

Assess customer needs and recommend suitable items, including upselling or suggesting complementary products.

Process sales transactions by operating the cash register, handling cash and cards, issuing receipts, and managing returns or exchanges.

Maintain store presentation by folding/arranging clothes, restocking shelves, checking tags, and keeping the sales floor clean and tidy.

Support promotions and targets by explaining offers, discounts, and loyalty programs and helping meet daily or monthly sales goals.
