Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist local and international clients, delivering an exceptional and personalized shopping experience aligned with Damiani's values and standards.
• Present and promote Damiani collections, conveying the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and excellence.
• Manage the full sales process - from initial contact to after-sales service and client loyalty.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets, contributing to overall business performance.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.
• Support boutique operations and collaborate effectively with the store team and management to maintain brand consistency.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• English proficiency is considered a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail (jewelry, watches, fashion, or related fields).
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and genuine passion for luxury products and Italian craftsmanship.
• Team spirit, reliability, and attention to detail.
