Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell clinic services, treatments, and packages to walk-in patients and external leads.
- Build and maintain a strong client database through active outreach, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Provide personalized consultations to patients, explaining treatment options and packages.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with a strong focus on conversion and upselling.
- Coordinate with the medical and front-desk team to ensure smooth service delivery for clients.
- Attend marketing events, community activities, and external meetings to expand sales opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of product and treatment knowledge to confidently present services.
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in aesthetic, beauty, healthcare, or wellness industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidence and professionalism in dealing with clients.
- Willing and able to relocate or commute to RAK.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Arabic or English proficiency (both is a plus).
