What You Can Expect

  • Plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate sales and aftersales soft skills training (behavior, processes, systems) for Truck & Bus retail network roles, including sales consultants, service advisors, complaint management specialists, service managers, and technicians.
  • Coordinate Mercedes Laboratories at vocational schools in collaboration with authorized dealers and the Ministry of Education.
  • Design content and execute Dealer Manager and Sales Certification Programs.
  • Monitor dealer network employees’ competencies to identify improvement areas and integrate them into training programs.
  • Stay updated by closely following global “Train the Trainer” programs and incorporating best practices.
  • Manage training-related projects such as Global Training Events, Driving Organizations, Product Launch Trainings, and Agency Trainings.
  • Continuously improve training content, documentation, and processes to ensure the network remains up to date.

That’s Why You Are a Match

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related fields.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in behavioral and process training (Coaching and behavioral analysis backgrounds would be additional assets).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong passion for training and continuous improvement.
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Dynamic, positive attitude, self-disciplined, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and take initiative in both operational and strategic goals.
