Job Summary
As a Sales Agent at Edvise Hub, you will be the first point of contact for students dreaming of studying abroad. Your role is to proactively reach out to potential students, build interest in our services, qualify leads, and close appointments or initial enrollments with our expert study abroad consultants. This is a target-driven sales position with excellent earning potential through commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively make outbound cold/warm calls to prospective students using provided databases and lead sources.
  • Introduce Edvise Hub’s study abroad services, partner universities, scholarship opportunities, and success stories to generate genuine interest.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand students’ academic goals, preferred destinations, budget, and timelines.
  • Qualify leads based on eligibility and seriousness, then convincingly pitch the value of Edvise Hub’s personalized counseling.
  • Schedule and confirm consultation appointments between qualified leads and senior study abroad consultants.
  • Follow up persistently with interested students to move them forward in the enrollment journey.
  • Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads generated, appointments booked, and conversions.
  • Accurately log all calls, interactions, outcomes, and follow-ups in the company CRM system.
  • Stay updated on destination country requirements, university programs, intake deadlines, and scholarship opportunities to provide accurate information.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Intermediate / High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer acquisition is an advantage (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) – clear, confident, and professional phone voice is a must.
  • Excellent persuasion and objection-handling skills.
  • High resilience and ability to handle rejection positively.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer literacy and quick learner of CRM tools.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: PKR 45,000 – 55,000 per month
  • High commission on every qualified lead converted into a paid enrollment
