Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term business relationships for our digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
• Present and explain Nextsol’s digital marketing and IT services.
• Convert leads into sales by demonstrating service value.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up with clients regularly.
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly activity reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (digital marketing sales preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, web development) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
