Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team and support both B2B and B2C sales operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven sales experience in the media industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Fluent in English and Arabic, and possess a minimum of three years of relevant sales experience.

Location: Sharjah – United Arab Emirates

Salary: Basic Salary + Commission (based on experience)

Preference: Female candidates are preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline to track leads, prospects, and ongoing opportunities.
  • Qualify leads through calls, meetings, and research to ensure alignment with company services.
  • Move prospects through each pipeline stage by conducting timely follow-ups and providing relevant information.
  • Update CRM tools with accurate data on lead status, communication history, and next steps.
  • Forecast sales performance by monitoring pipeline activities and identifying potential closures.
  • Ensure timely conversion of leads into sales through proactive engagement and effective negotiation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth lead handover and client onboarding.
  • Regularly review the pipeline to identify gaps, prioritize high-value opportunities, and optimize sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in media industries.
  • Strong B2B & B2C sales experience with proven client-handling skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills.
  • UAE driving license is a plus.
