Sales Agent

We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and promote our interior fit-out services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in sales within construction, interior design, or fit-out sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients for fit-out, renovation, and interior projects (residential, commercial, retail, offices).

• Handle lead generation, client outreach, site visits, and follow-ups.

• Present company services and prepare proposals in coordination with the technical team.

• Understand client needs and provide appropriate fit-out solutions.

• Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.

• Build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and property owners.

• Coordinate with design & project teams to ensure smooth project handover.

• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.

Requirements

• Experience in sales within fit-out, construction, real estate, or interior design (preferred).

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred if job is in UAE).

• Ability to manage time, follow up with clients, and close deals efficiently.

• Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset.
