About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Agents to join our growing team, focusing on off-plan real estate opportunities in Dubai.
Key Duties
- Develop and manage a strong client base interested in off-plan property investments.
- Research the market to uncover new prospects and business opportunities.
- Guide clients with insights on property options, market movements, and investment considerations.
- Coordinate property presentations, handle negotiations, and support transactions through to completion.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with developers, landlords, and industry partners.
- Keep informed about current real estate laws, policies, and market updates.
- Deliver outstanding service to ensure long-term client relationships and repeat business.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related property advisory role.
- Solid understanding of Dubai’s off-plan property sector.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales success.
- UAE driving license and personal vehicle (an advantage).
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
