To drive sustainable portfolio growth by activating, acquiring, and converting eligible micro-business customers into financed clients, while maintaining underwriting discipline, regulatory compliance, and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Activation

Activate onboarded customers who have not yet applied.

Re-activate previous borrowers to increase repeat financing.

Source new eligible micro-businesses through field prospecting and structured data processing.

Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with monthly targets.

Application & Deal Execution
-
Educate customers on products and eligibility criteria.

Collect and submit complete and accurate applications.
-
Coordinate with Credit and Operations to close deals within defined SLAs.

Maintain strong application-to-disbursement conversion ratios.

Portfolio Growth
-
Achieve monthly disbursement targets.

Contribute to repeat borrower growth.

Support sustainable portfolio quality through disciplined sourcing.

Customer Management

Build long-term client relationships.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional engagement.

Compliance & Reporting
-
Adhere strictly to internal policies and regulatory standards.

Avoid mis-selling and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Update CRM accurately and submit weekly/monthly performance reports.

Track KPIs including disbursement volume, applications, conversion rate, and portfolio quality (in coordination with Risk).
Qualifications & Experience
Education

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Experience

3-5 years of sales experience (must have experience in lending).

Experience dealing with micro business clients is highly preferred.

Understanding of lending or financial products is a must.
