- Case Qualification & Screening: Conduct detailed initial interviews to gather essential case facts and assess whether the potential case aligns with the firm's practice areas and criteria for representation.
- Sales-Driven Client Onboarding: Confidently communicate the value of the firm's services, overcome objections, discuss fee structures, and guide potential clients through the process of signing retainer agreements and collecting initial payments.
- CRM & Data Management: Accurately track all lead interactions, communication notes, and case statuses in the KKO Client Relationship Management (CRM) system or case management software, ensuring no leads fall through the cracks.
- Scheduling & Follow-up: Schedule consultations between qualified leads and attorneys/paralegals, and conduct aggressive, timely follow-ups with potential clients who have not yet committed to ensure movement through the pipeline.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, lead sources, and overall intake performance to help drive business growth and optimize strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team on lead generation strategies and coordinate seamlessly with the legal team (attorneys, paralegals) for a smooth client handoff once the case is retained.
