The ideal candidate should have excellent Arabic communication skills, confidence in dealing with customers, and the ability to close sales professionally over calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Promote company services professionally
• Generate sales and achieve monthly targets
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Maintain customer records and follow-ups
• Provide excellent customer support and communication

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic speaking skills (Required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Previous call center or sales experience preferred
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Confident, punctual, and target-oriented personality
