Sales Agent - Cold Calling

Job Responsibilities

• Make 300+ outbound cold calls per day to US-based prospects
• Follow a proven cold calling flow and objection-handling process
• Build rapport quickly and convert leads into active sales
• Close deals and generate paid invoices
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets-Maintain call quality, professionalism, and CRM updates

Training Details:

• 1–2 weeks training (unpaid or paid upon successful hiring)
• Must pass training assessment to be onboarded

Performance Expectation:

• Month 1 target: 2–3 active sales
• High performers average 7–8 sales per month

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience on US campaigns(Dispatch sales experience preferred
• Fluent English (spoken & listening – mandatory)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Confidence on calls with a sales-driven mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and hit daily call volumes

Compensation:

• Base Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 (fixed)
• Commission: PKR 5,000 – 10,000 per active sale
• Probation: 3 months (salary review after completion)

Night Shift : (7:00 pm- 4:00 am)
