Job Summary

We are looking for motivated, network-driven sales agents who can bring new clients and projects for our renovation and home improvement services. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and existing connections in Qatar’s residential and commercial sectors. This is a commission-only position with high earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for renovation, marble works, flooring, wall panels, and related services
• Build relationships with homeowners, companies, property managers, and real estate brokers
• Promote our services through meetings, calls, and online communication
• Generate high-quality leads and submit project inquiries to the team
• Conduct initial client discussions to understand their needs
• Coordinate with the team for site visits, quotations, and follow-up
• Track leads, follow up consistently, and push deals toward closing
• Represent the brand professionally and maintain a strong reputation in the Qatar market
• Provide weekly updates on leads, opportunities, and conversions

Required SkillsSales & Communication

• Strong ability to persuade and negotiate
• Excellent verbal communication (English required, Arabic is a bonus)
• Confident in presenting services and explaining solutions

Market Knowledge

• Understanding of Qatar’s home improvement, construction, or real estate market
• Existing contact network is a strong advantage

Professional Skills

• Ability to identify client needs and match them with the correct service
• Strong follow-up discipline and ability to close deals
• Basic understanding of renovation works (preferred but not required)
• Organized, self-driven, and target-oriented

Digital Skills

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic digital tools to generate leads
• Ability to share before/after content or sample work when promoting services

Experience
