Job Overview:

We are urgently hiring motivated Sales Agents, CSRs, Closers, and Retention Managers for our US-based SEO campaign. The ideal candidates should have excellent English communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle clients confidently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and present SEO & digital marketing services.

Handle inbound leads professionally and provide campaign-related information.

Convert prospects into clients through persuasive communication and closing techniques.

Maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion strategies.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (mandatory).

Experience: Fresh to 2 years (SEO / Digital Marketing campaign experience preferred).

Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated attitude.

Ability to work night shifts (US timings).

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Compensation:

Basic Salary + Attractive Commissions + Performance Bonuses
