Sales Agent & Estimator – 1099 Commission (Painting & Cleaning)

Body: We're a local painting and cleaning company expanding into new areas. Looking for self-motivated 1099 sales reps to go door to door, generate leads, and provide estimates.

You set your own schedule. You earn commission on every job you close. No experience required — we train you.

What you do:

• Knock doors in your area
• Talk to homeowners about painting and cleaning services
• Give basic estimates and collect contact info
• Commission paid per closed job

What you make:

• Commission only — 15% on painting jobs, 20% on cleaning jobs, paid biweekly after collection. Top performers earn $500–$1,500/week
