Sales & Customer Support Specialist (USA-Based Packaging Project)

We are seeking a dynamic and communicative individual with exceptional fluency in spoken and written English to join our team for a USA-based packaging project. If you have a passion for customer service, experience in the packaging industry, and a sales-driven mindset, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails to provide top-notch customer service.
• Generate sales inquiries through calls, quote requests, chats, and emails.
• Ensure each inquiry is handled with care and attention, working closely with the sales and project managers to convert these leads into sales.
• Understand customer needs and collaborate with the estimation team to deliver timely and accurate price quotations.
• Follow up periodically to ensure inquiries are turned into successful sales.
• Address customer complaints promptly, offering solutions within company guidelines and production capabilities.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, special requests, and artwork or project files.
• Coordinate artwork revisions with the design team based on customer feedback.
• Liaise with the shipping team to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the packaging industry, with a focus on the USA or Australian market.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work the night shift: 8 PM to 5 AM (Monday to Friday).
• Familiarity with sales processes, customer relationship management, and the ability to handle complaints efficiently.
