Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Holiday Homes Sales Agent / Property Acquisition Specialist to onboard new properties for our holiday homes portfolio. The role focuses on identifying suitable properties, building strong owner relationships, and successfully closing property acquisition agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source potential properties suitable for holiday home operations
- Approach property owners and explain the holiday home / short-term rental model
- Pitch company services, revenue potential, and management benefits to owners
- Negotiate commercial terms and close property onboarding agreements
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners
- Coordinate with operations and legal teams for smooth onboarding
- Conduct property inspections and assess suitability
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate sales, property acquisition, or hospitality sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Knowledge of local real estate market is an advantage
- Willingness to travel locally for property visits
- Basic understanding of short-term rentals / holiday homes is a plus
