Sales Agent – Holiday Homes (Full Time)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Agent – Holiday Homes to join our growing team.

Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 (Based on experience)
Job Type: Full Time

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in Holiday Homes / Real Estate / Hotels
• Previous hotel experience is a must
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Arabic or English fluency (both preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing or related field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and close sales for holiday homes units
• Manage listings and inquiries across property portals
• Handle reservations and guest communications
• Coordinate with operations and housekeeping teams
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Maintain updated availability and pricing
• Monitor competitors and market trends
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure high guest satisfaction and positive reviews
