The Sales Agent is responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, converting inquiries into sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence, follow-up abilities, and a professional attitude while representing the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Explain company products and services to potential customers professionally.
  • Convert inquiries into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain proper customer records and update CRM/sales sheets regularly.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with interested prospects.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Attend meetings, training sessions, and sales briefings.
  • Follow company SOPs, compliance policies, and reporting structures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Intermediate, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge including Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Professional behavior and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

On-site – Karachi
Full-Time | Monday–Saturday
