We are seeking Real Estate Off-Plan Sales Agent- International Market (Russian/Ukrainian/European/ British/ Australian) to join our high-performing team in Business Bay. Job Responsibilities:

Build Client Relationships

• Engage with prospective buyers and investors.
• Cultivate a strong portfolio of clients based on their unique investment goals.
• Willingness to travel internationally for roadshows and property exhibitions, representing the company and showcasing real estate offerings to prospective investors and clients in global markets.

Drive Sales Growth

• Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry research.
• Analyze trends to identify promising sales opportunities in Dubai’s off-plan property sector.

Close Deals

• Lead negotiations to ensure successful and mutually beneficial transactions.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Advise & Educate

• Provide expert insights on off-plan property investments.
• Deliver engaging presentations on available real estate projects.
• Keep up to date with the latest market developments, government regulations, and upcoming projects.
• Help expand our property listings and maintain strong industry connections.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in real estate sales (off-plan experience highly preferred).
• Background in business development or client-facing roles is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented yet capable of working independently.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Real Estate or Business background advantageous).
