Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Agent based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Sales Agent will actively engage with potential and existing customers to promote services, close sales, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting clients with training or product-related assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address inquiries professionally.
• Experience in Sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets and build client relationships.
• Knowledge of Insurance services and the ability to explain and promote related products effectively.
• Capability to provide Training to clients and customers on the use of company services and offerings.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required; English language proficiency is a plus.
• Prior experience in eCommerce or the delivery industry is an advantage.

The job role is commission based Only.
