Sales Agent – Truck Dispatching Services | CSR

Prime Dispatch Solutions, a growing truck dispatching company, is seeking a motivated Telesales Agent to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 months of telesales or sales experience and strong communication skills. This role focuses on outbound calling to promote our truck dispatching services and convert leads into active clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential clients
  • Present and explain Prime Dispatch Solutions’ truck dispatching services clearly and professionally
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers
  • Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 months of telesales or sales experience (dispatch, logistics, or B2B sales experience is a plus)
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
