HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As a Sales Associate and Ambassador of Piaget, you will ensure top-level service for every client, both inside and outside the Piaget Boutique. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets set by management, proactively developing the client database through effective data capture, and actively participating in the daily operations of the boutique as a key team member.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

  • Driving sales performance by developing turnover, promoting and selling Piaget creations, and consistently striving to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and individual/boutique targets. This includes assisting after-sales clients, providing maintenance recommendations, and representing Piaget during promotional events.
  • Delivering exceptional client experiences by providing top-tier customer service, following the “Piaget Touch” Art of Selling, and reflecting the brand's luxury image through your attitude, grooming, and behavior. You will build and maintain a local and international client database, ensure effective data capture and follow-up, and professionally resolve client complaints.
  • Maintaining operational excellence within the boutique by adhering to all Piaget and Richemont procedures, standards, and policies. This involves supporting back-of-house and administrative operations, ensuring the boutique's appearance and maintenance, managing stock control (replenishment, accuracy, inventories, quality checks), and implementing visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Developing and sharing in-depth knowledge of Piaget pieces, including their construction, materials, care, and design, to provide knowledgeable customer service. You will also stay informed about the competition and contribute ideas and recommendations to the management team for continuous improvement across all aspects of boutique performance and operations.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Bring

  • Proven sales success (minimum 2 years) in a luxury retail or service environment, coupled with a deep understanding of the UAE luxury market, customer service, and the High Watch and Jewelry industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus), and a professional, well-groomed demeanor that reflects the luxury image of Piaget.
  • A highly motivated, self-confident, and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude, demonstrating strong professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to exceeding targets.
  • The ability to manage multiple demands, work effectively as a team player with keen attention to detail, and adapt flexibly to change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with SAP knowledge being an advantage.
