Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Account Manager who can drive revenue, manage key customer relationships, and grow TRC’s presence across Europe and the United States.
The role is a true blend of sales (warm + some cold outreach) and long-term account ownership. You will independently manage your pipeline, qualify opportunities, present solutions, close deals, and expand accounts through excellent service and proactive engagement.

The ideal candidate is confident, structured, commercially sharp, and comfortable speaking with medium to large companies in Europe.

What You Will Achieve

  • Convert warm leads into deals with strong margins.
  • Build and grow a healthy outbound pipeline (light cold outreach, mainly warm).
  • Own and expand long-term customer relationships for repeat orders & growth.
  • Become TRC’s main point of contact for assigned European & US accounts.
  • Operate with increasing independence and revenue ownership within 3–6 months.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Take over warm leads and drive them from qualification → proposal → closure.
  • Build light outbound/cold outreach when needed to open new opportunities.
  • Conduct sales calls, demos, and negotiations with confidence.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and solution recommendations.
  • Push pilots toward rollout through structured follow-ups.

Account Management

  • Own medium to large customer accounts in Europe and the US.
  • Manage repeat orders, forecasts, and long-term customer growth.
  • Understand customer needs deeply and suggest the right TRC solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with end users and system integrators.

Pipeline & Internal Coordination

  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Zoho) across contacts, activities, and forecasts.
  • Work closely with the Sales Head, Procurement, Production & Logistics.
  • Ensure smooth coordination on pricing, delivery timelines, and samples.

Who We’re Looking For (Ideal Profile)Experience

  • 5+ years in B2B sales or account management.
  • Experience selling hardware, consumables, Auto-ID, distribution, or tech is a big plus.
  • Comfortable with both sales hunting and account farming.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong communication & confidence; clear English required (European clients).
  • Proven ability to close deals and handle pricing conversations.
  • Disciplined CRM habits (Zoho preferred).
  • Strong follow-up, negotiation & objection-handling skills.
  • Tech-friendly mindset; willing to learn RFID & Auto-ID quickly.

  • Organized and reliable with customer commitments.

Ways of Working

  • Full onsite at Dehradun IT Park.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director for strategy and key accounts.
  • Mostly warm leads; cold outreach only when required for new segments.
  • Customers include:
  • Medium & large European companies
  • US companies (secondary)
  • System integrators and end users

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary (experience-based).
  • Transparent commission plan based on revenue & margin.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,245.04 - ₹80,253.77 per month
