About the role

A core component of this ambition is our ability to assist our current and future clients, make our processes easy, keep our information up to date up to date and ensure our day to day operations in the office run smoothly. We want our clients to have a premium experience right from our first interaction with them, whether that is over the phone or in person when they walk in the door at reception.

What you will be doing

The Sales Administration Support personnel is key for us to achieve this. Responsible for; delivering excellent front-line/ office service, including answering and directing telephone inquiries, liaising with clients and ensuring effective liaison between visitors, clients and FRAMECAD employees. This position will be our key administrator assisting our office with core day to day duties, also including CRM, SAP, Sales and Fulfillment support.

What we are looking for

This position requires a positive, logical approach with a willing, can do attitude. You will be comfortable liaising with various stakeholders. You will have an eye for detail, enjoy helping out with any task, enjoy working in a friendly team.
