Sales and Administrative Coordinator - Dubai
A DMCC-based company, with headquarters in Italy and specializing in intrinsic safety and industrial electronics, is currently seeking a female Sales and Administrative Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the sales department with quotations.
- Using MS Navision for sales quotations, purchase and sales orders, and invoicing.
- Coordinating logistics and managing documents related to deliveries.
- Submitting invoices and purchase orders to the accounts team.
- Handling general administrative tasks such as phone calls, maintaining records, and visitor management.
- Managing office maintenance tasks (office supplies, office inspections, contract renewals for tenancy, medical insurance, Dubai Customs business codes, etc.).
- Tracking and managing inventory levels, ensuring stock availability, coordinating with the accounts department for yearly physical inventory count.
- Managing petty cash, processing payments, maintaining records, and submitting expense reports to accounts.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Navision (a plus).
- Experience with CRM Software & MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience in Sales Support & Administration.
