Sales and Admissions Support Executive

Role Purpose

The Sales and Admissions Support Executive will primarily be responsible for managing and controlling student application documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission to universities. The role involves collecting, verifying, and maintaining student records while acting as a key support to the Country Sales Manager in coordinating between sales, conversion, and admissions teams. By ensuring complete documentation and smooth handovers, the executive will play a critical role in improving student conversion rates, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting overall sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination and Conversion Support

  • Work closely with the admissions/conversion team to ensure smooth handover of student applications.
  • Track application progress, monitor deadlines, and update both students and managers on status.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of student applications and sales pipelines.
  • Bridge communication between sales, conversion teams.

Document Handling and Compliance

  • Collect, verify, and maintain all required student documents in line with university and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure that incomplete files are flagged and followed up with students in a timely manner.
  • Support in maintaining compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  • Assist in document auditing, filing, and digital record management.

Operational and Administrative Support

  • Provide daily assistance to the Country Sales Manager, including scheduling, reporting, and coordination of student-facing activities.
  • Maintain CRM or lead management systems with updated information.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports and share insights with the Country Sales Manager.
  • Assist the Country Sales Manager in executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve student recruitment targets.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a student-first approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/lead management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Team player with problem-solving and coordination abilities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, client relations, admissions, or student services (education industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of student recruitment processes and documentation requirements will be an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

Growth Path

This role provides a development track towards Assistant Client Liaison Manager, Admissions Manager, or Student Services Lead, based on performance and organizational needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
