Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Affiliate Executive who can drive revenue through direct sales as well as build and manage our affiliate partner network. The ideal candidate is energetic, target-driven, great at communication, and understands digital sales models.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Affiliate Program Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, influencers, micro-creators, and communities.
  • Support affiliates with promotional material, product knowledge, and performance updates.
  • Track affiliate performance, conversions, payouts, and ROI.
  • Build strong relationships to retain and scale productive affiliates.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, offers, and content needs.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive direct product sales through affiliate channels and partnerships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Convert inbound leads, nurture warm leads, and support partners in closing sales.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
  • Follow up consistently to maximise conversions.

3. Strategy & Optimization

  • Analyse affiliate performance and identify top-performing channels.
  • Suggest new affiliate segments, partnership opportunities, or sales angles.
  • Study competitor affiliate programs and benchmark performance.
  • Work with marketing to improve landing pages, offers, and commission structures.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Maintain regular communication with affiliates on new launches, campaigns, and sales updates.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on conversions, revenue, and affiliate growth.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and social media teams for seamless execution.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales aptitude and ability to meet targets.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing, influencer ecosystem, or digital marketing.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, affiliate dashboards, Excel/Sheets.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and good at follow-ups.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Influencer/Affiliate Marketing, or Business Development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
