Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across government, corporate, and private sectors.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and partners.
- Develop strategic partnerships that support company growth objectives.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and industry meetings to generate leads.
Sales & Client Management
- Generate sales leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Proposal & Tender Management
- Identify relevant tenders and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-up with clients.
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Monitor project progress and client satisfaction throughout project execution.
- Address client concerns and ensure successful project delivery.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Update CRM systems and client databases regularly.
- Track sales performance against KPIs and targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, event management, marketing, exhibitions, conferences, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong proposal writing and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid Omani driving license is preferred.
