We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive (PPE and other related industrial HSSE Equipment) to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, an in-depth understanding of the international safety standards, and an ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, particularly in construction, manufacturing, commercial, and oil & gas sectors.

Minimum 2 years of experience.

  • Identify and target new business opportunities related to PPE and other industrial HSSE equipment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customers' needs and propose suitable PPE solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms.
  • Frequent visits to sites and customers to propose solutions related to health, safety, security, and the environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From BD300.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Riffa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
