Mangrove Services is a Dubai-based company undergoing an exciting transformation. For over 12 years, we've delivered premium renovation, restoration, and maintenance solutions to luxury residences and high-end retail clients across Dubai. Our approach is built on Italian craftsmanship and European quality standards.

We're looking for someone to be the face of Mangrove with our luxury clients.

The Role

You'll be a key client-facing representative for Mangrove Services, conducting site visits, building relationships with luxury property owners, and ensuring our clients receive the premium experience our brand promises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits across Dubai's premium communities—Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills Estate, DIFC
• Assess project requirements and translate client needs into detailed quotations for complex restoration and maintenance work
• Manage client relationships throughout project delivery—site support, progress updates, quality control
• Serve as the client's point of contact from first meeting through project completion
• Resolve service issues with professionalism and speed, maintaining client satisfaction
• Support the Commercial Director with sales activities and client communications
• Represent Mangrove's Italian quality positioning in every client interaction

Who You Are

Essential:

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Professional presentation and natural ease with high-net-worth clients
• Quick thinker—you solve problems on your feet, not by the book
• Adaptable and comfortable with variety in your day
• Valid UAE driving license (or willingness to obtain)
• Based in Dubai or ready to relocate

Valuable but not required:

• Arabic language skills
• Experience in luxury services, hospitality, property, or high-end retail
• Understanding of construction, renovation, or property maintenance
• Existing network in Dubai's luxury residential community
