Are you an enthusiastic sales professional with a flair for customer service? At YOOCHA MATCHA, we’re on the lookout for a passionate team member who is fluent in both English and Arabic to join our team. In this role, you'll help drive our sales growth and provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring they have the best experience with our products.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to B2B and B2C client inquiries with prompt assistance
  • Dispatch product samples to prospective clients
  • Process customer orders and coordinate shipments with logistics
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for the sales team
  • Manage customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate data entry
  • Assist in creating and managing sales documents and reports
  • Manage ongoing client communication through email and phone
  • Work with the marketing team on sales campaigns and promotions
  • Perform initial research to identify potential clients and market opportunities
  • Assist with follow-up communications after initial contact by the sales team
  • Travel for business purposes and client visits as needed
  • Promote the company and build strong relationships with partners and customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
