Sales and Customer Service Associate

We’re looking to welcome a Sales and Customer Service Associate who will play a key role in representing this client inside major retail stores. This position is all about sparking conversations, creating positive interactions, and introducing shoppers to convenient water service solutions.

Sales and Customer Service Associate Responsibilities

• Build a solid understanding of the client’s water service products and their benefits.
• Connect with shoppers during in-store events, offering helpful information based on individual needs.
• Identify and qualify interested customers, then schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed daily and weekly goals.
