Sales and Customer Service Associate

Job Overview
Cloud 95 Smoke & Vape Shop is looking for a reliable, respectful and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team! We are currently hiring for both morning and evening shifts.

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
• Stock shelves and ensure product displays are organized and visually appealing.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to potential customers.
• Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
• Keep the store clean, organized.
• Handle sales transaction and restock shelves.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Knowledge in smoke and vape products a big plus!
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and basic math skills for transaction processing.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls or inquiries.
• A proactive approach to stocking products and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Willingness to learn about new products and participate in ongoing training.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.50 per hour
