Countertop Sales & Design Consultant

We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Sales & Design Associate to help clients bring their dream homes to life. If you enjoy interior design, home improvement, HGTV, Pinterest inspiration, or helping people create beautiful spaces, this could be the perfect fit. No experience required.

Learn how to design (and sell) with us. Training is provided by our team in a low-pressure sales atmosphere with pooled team bonuses. Working together as a team is our number one goal, while providing the highest level of customer service possible to our clientele.

Our company provides installations of large-scale commercial countertop applications and kitchen and bathroom design, fabrication and installation of countertops, slab showers and tub walls, and tile backsplashes. Our commitment to our clientele shows in the quality and artisanship of each project.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base hourly: $21 – $25/hour, depending on experience.

Full-Time Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:00am–5:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am–2:00pm

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting customers from start to finish with countertop projects spanning the entire home or simply upgrading a vanity.
• Going to customer's homes where necessary to provide in-home estimates. Vehicle will be provided.
• Documenting all customer selections and ensuring accurate pricing of quotes and orders.
• Reading, understanding, and creating design drawings using industry software.
• Helping to draft fun and beautiful social media posts.
• Assisting the office team with any other tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
