Sales and Design Consultant

This is a sales position at a growing and thriving flooring and tile store offering customers flooring and tile materials, installation services, and remodeling.

Things you will do:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
• Help clients select flooring materials (tile, hardwood, LVP, carpet, etc.)
• Provide design guidance based on customer style, budget, and project goals
• Create estimates and quotes using project details
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
• Work with builders, contractors, and homeowners on projects
• Coordinate orders and ensure a smooth process from sale to installation

Compensation includes a base salary plus commission based on sales volume.

Store hours are Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday appointments.
