Sales and Design Consultant (Hourly Plus Commission)

Sales and Design Consultants should be an outgoing team player who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Previous retail sales experience is not required, but a passion for creating beautiful spaces is a must! Candidates should be creative and self-motivated who are dedicated to growing relationships with prospective and existing clients. This position is a combination of hourly and commission pay.

General Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service to customers, helping them discover home decor and furnishings that match their lifestyle and taste.
• Drive sales through in-store interactions, email outreach, and styling consultations.
• Maintain a visually compelling sales floor by restocking, merchandising, and styling product displays in alignment with seasonal trends and brand standards.
• Stay knowledgeable about product inventory, features, and availability, including special orders.
• Contribute to a positive and inspiring in-store experience that reflects our brand culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
