Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced person that has Transportation Experience! LVL, LLC is one of the top Limousines/Charter Bus Companies in Las Vegas, and if you have experience we would love to have you on our team. As Sales & Dispatch you will be responsible for booking and selling charters, answering phone calls regarding quoting and follow through with the clients, greeting guests, working with drivers, and assisting with paperwork for drivers and office staff as given and needed. Must be willing to learn and willing to help in all areas of the office procedures and daily work loads. You will begin on a 90 day trial period as a part time-full time employee (6-8 hours per day/5 days a week) schedule. The beginning rate of pay will be $17.00 - $19.00 per hour to start, with room for advancement. The schedule of days worked also may be subject to change but your immediate days of work will be M-F.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Take calls from customers regarding booking charters or quotes. Answer Emails in an appropriate manner, professionally and expeditiously as needed. Researching new avenues to help bring in more charter business.

· Quote and book charters, following guidelines set by our Tariffs, and our availability. Process the jobs through limo anywhere, and thourough follow through with each booking and client.

· Professionally work with the Hotels and Affiliates for any immediate bookings or extra booking services as directed.

· Must be proficient with computers and programs, and willing to learn. Including but not limited to Limo Anywhere, Geotab, Outlook, Office 360, Blacklane, Savoya, Charterup as examples.

· Backup for each department. Must be flexible and willing to learn each job and help in every department as needed.

Preferred Requirements:

* Transportation Experience is preferred.

* Superb comminication Skills

* Strong ability to multitask

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
