Sales and Field Marketing Rep

Position Summary:

JYG Pro Fishing / Shore Pro Tackle is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Field Marketing Manager to support our growing operations in both the slow pitch jigging and inshore/offshore tackle markets. This position will play a key role in driving brand visibility, dealer relationships, and sales performance through field marketing initiatives, educational outreach, and on-site dealer support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Sales Team in managing dealer relationships, including regular checkins, order follow-ups, Sales Rep Support and ensuring product training.

- Coordinate and execute field marketing activities including trade shows, demo days, dealer visits, and tournaments.

- Act as an on-the-ground brand ambassador, representing JYG Pro Fishing and Shore Pro Tackle in retail environments and on the water.

- Train retail staff about our products and assist with in-store displays and updated merchandising needs.

- Track and report on field marketing and sales initiatives, providing feedback to improve strategies.

- Main focus will be to grow SWYM and Shore Pro categories

- Assist with the development of marketing collateral and educational materials using brand assets and guidelines.

- Capture photos and video content in the field to support social media and digital campaigns.

-Work with Web Team on weekly emails and Customer Service give them support with trends we are seeing here.

Qualifications:

- Experience in the fishing tackle industry, especially in sales, marketing, or dealer/distributor support.

- Knowledge of slow pitch jigging, inshore, and offshore fishing gear preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

- Comfortable traveling, working weekends for events, and interacting with anglers and dealers in person.

- Ability to manage time and logistics independently with minimal supervision.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email platforms, and social media.

Location:

This role is based in Jupiter Florida and basic travel is required for events and promotions .

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
