Job Overview

Kooheji Home is seeking a dynamic and creative Sales & Interior Designer who can combine design expertise with strong sales skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in designing kitchens, bedrooms, and home interiors while driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients in the showroom or on-site to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
• Create innovative and functional design concepts for kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces
• Prepare design proposals, mood boards, and 2D/3D visualizations
• Present design ideas clearly and professionally to clients
• Convert leads into sales by building strong client relationships and trust
• Follow up with clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry developments
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience in interior design and/or sales (preferably in kitchens or furniture)
• Strong knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong sense of creativity, detail, and space planning
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Presentable and professional appearance

Job Type: Contract

Pay: BD500.000 per month
