EmpowerNest is a growing software house and digital marketing agency providing full A-to-Z business support — from product development and branding to digital marketing and business consultancy.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and responsible individual to bring in new clients and projects for our company. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential leads, building relationships, and closing deals for our software development and digital marketing services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential clients for EmpowerNest services.
  • Present our software and digital marketing solutions effectively.
  • Build long-term relationships with business owners and entrepreneurs.
  • Manage the client onboarding and handover process with our technical team.
  • Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.

What you DO!

  • Identify and target potential clients through outbound calls & emails
  • Generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Make a minimum of 100 connected Clients per day

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred Ecommerce and Digital Agency).
  • Knowledge of software and digital marketing services.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and responsible.
  • Experienced with software house and digital marketing agency
  • Must be completed University degree /Graduate In Business

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 9months – Maximum 1.5year
  • Must be based in Lahore (Johar Town / Wapda Town)
  • Project-based salary

Compensation

  • Commission-based (with attractive percentages on each closed project).
  • Base salary may be offered after consistent performance.
