We are seeking motivated, professional, and driven Real Estate Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, goal-oriented, and excited to build long-term relationships while closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
- Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and listing presentations
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and negotiation strategies
- Manage transactions from contract to closing
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients consistently
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Prior real estate or sales experience is a plus, but not required
