Position Summary:
The Leasing Agent plays a key role in driving occupancy and delivering outstanding customer service. This position involves marketing, leasing, and resident relations. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Generate leads through online advertising, outreach, and referrals.
• Process applications, prepare leases, and ensure accurate resident files.
• Follow up with leads promptly and maintain excellent communication.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, social media postings, and community events.
• Support move-in/move-out processes and resident retention efforts.
• Collaborate with the property manager to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of leasing or customer service experience (student or conventional housing preferred).
• Experience with Entrata or other property management software a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong sales and customer service mindset.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be dependable and team-oriented.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
• Leasing Commissions $35-$50 per lease!
• Housing Discount available for the right candidate
• Paid Holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day
• Paid Time Off: 2 weeks per year, accrued on a pro-rata basis
• Bereavement Leave: 3 days paid
• Healthcare: Blue Cross Blue Shield

Schedule:

• Full-time; some weekends required during peak leasing season
